‘The Bear’ star Jeremy Allen White Complies with Custody Agreement Amid Estranged Wife’s Divorce Petition

In a recent development, Jeremy Allen White, known for his role in the television series “The Bear,” has agreed to adhere to stringent conditions in his joint custody agreement with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin, following her divorce filing earlier this year. The agreement is aimed at ensuring White’s ability to spend time with their two young daughters, Ezer (4) and Dolores (2).

As per court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Jeremy Allen White, an Emmy nominee, has consented to undergo regular Soberlink testing. This testing will take place five days a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Soberlink testing is a breathalyzer-based method that detects alcohol consumption.

In the event of alcohol detection, the test is categorized as either positive or non-compliant. Furthermore, a test can also receive the non-compliant designation if White’s identity is declined or not verified by Soberlink’s facial recognition software.

If a positive or non-compliant test result occurs, both parties’ legal representatives will convene within a week to discuss the subsequent steps regarding custodial time, as reported by the outlet.

The custody agreement takes into consideration the possibility of White having unintentional exposure to alcohol, for instance, through the use of mouthwash. The documents specify, “If there is a positive test, Soberlink considers the first test to be a screening test and will prompt [White] to retest in 15 minutes. Positive tests will only result in non-compliance if the first positive test is verified with a missed or positive retest.”

In addition to the alcohol testing, Jeremy Allen White, who is 32 years old, is obligated to attend weekly therapy sessions and a minimum of two Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings, the verification of which can be requested by Addison Timlin.

Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin, who first crossed paths in 2008 and tied the knot in 2019, decided to part ways last fall, according to divorce documents. Although the couple is reportedly still on amicable terms, an inside source revealed that trust issues ultimately led to their separation.

This custody agreement underscores the lengths to which the former couple is willing to go to ensure the well-being of their children during this challenging period in their lives. It remains to be seen how this arrangement will affect the ongoing relationship between Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin as co-parents.
